While a lot of these self-care and mental health exercises helped me get to this point, I realized that a lot of the activities such as gratitude journaling, journaling, and even therapy mainly focus on the past and present struggles. We all have it in us to discover what’s fulfilling. We can be that person who gets up every morning excited and ready for the day. Finding your purpose will reveal the mission and vision you believe in. That mission and vision will give you a sense of direction throughout your life.
